A little bit about your business…

 OH3 Ltd is an independent occupational health consultancy providing companies in the North East and Scotland with the full remit of OH services. Our administrative and accounts department is based in Berwick workspace and we have clinics in Newcastle and Edinburgh and use consulting facilities around the UK.


Orginally the company was a partnership called Lifeline Occupational Health but rebranded in 2011 to OH3 Ltd. The two partners, Dr Mike O’Reilly and Helen Woodcock have remained Directors.

The company provides a range of accountancy and wealth management solutions to clients across the North East and Scottish Borders.Our client’s interests come first and we are committed to building long term relationships and delivering a high standard of service, ensuring that our client’s needs and expectations are met. We bring a clear and pragmatic approach to everything we do.

Background History

Optimus Accounting Limited was formed by Patrick Evans FCCA who has over twenty years of experience in the accountancy and wealth management sectors. Throughout Patrick’s career he has gained a wealth of expertise and experience from working with a wide range of clients, from sole traders and family run businesses, to multinational companies and individuals appearing in the Times Rich List.

The company also works with a number of external business partners, as and when required, to provide the widest possible range of services and professional expertise to our clients.

ADG Zephyr Ltd

ADG Zephyr Ltd is a specialist in the field of air conditioned (Freeze, Prove or Chill) spiral conveyors and provides a bespoke engineering service to the food sector. The company supplies cooling and freezing equipment for a variety of food products as well as consultancy and project management services. In addition the company is an agent for and consultant to, the international food group Marel Food Systems.

Background history

The company which was incorporated in May 2005 was the brainchild of Sandy Grieve who trained with Jus-Roll Ltd, now known as General Mills. The business then expanded to include specialist engineers Steve Morris and David Alderson who Sandy had worked with at Spooner Industries Ltd and Triphase Ltd in Yorkshire. The team has a variety of experience in the industrial food processing industry and together they provide engineering excellence in proving, cooling and freezing food.

East Coast Rental

East Coast Rental Ltd is a family business that provides a personal bespoke car hire service based on a commitment to high quality customer care. Aiming for a more personal and accessible car hire experience, the business also hopes to attract more tourists to the local area.

Background history

Steven Scott heads up the business and started the company after spotting a gap in the car hire market. Steven’s experience was in the retail motor trade but after suffering negative experiences with global car hire firms himself he decided to set up the business with company secretary Harvey Scott and partner Vicki Talbot.
